I understand that there may be a high demand but I have tried making an appointment twice now; first time, I was referred to another barbershop w/o being told any availability in the future. The second time, someone hung up on me when I called. THEN I was told that the mailbox is full...so all these reviews have left me with several questions that should honestly be answered for the public. While all these positive reviews prove that the salon is great (and I believe that)...the communication clearly needs WORK."
