"The Saturday before Father's Day they were supposedly opened but they were totally booked so they wouldn't even answer their phone I had to go through their website and try to make an appointment through there for the website just to tell me that they are booked so I was very mad and disappointed because a friend recommended me to go here so I cannot believe how rude it was that they wouldn't even answer the phone"

"Being from Long Island, I've had my regular "nail person" for over 20 years lol. We moved here in 2019 permanently so I was desperate for a new person. Covid happened so it was a long time without my nails! Passed by Hemlock Plaza & said okay, let's give this place a try after having an AWFUL experience in a shop in Matamoras. I called & spoke with Rhonda. She set me up with my 1st appt quickly. I LOVED the reminder texts I got beforehand. The day I got there, Rhonda was waiting for me, chair empty! (I was always used to my nail guy NEVER being organized with time)! Our conversation was great & effortless, AND they do hybrid nails!!! I LOVE that Rhonda likes to be creative with designs, I'll try anything once lol. Both Rhonda & Lynn are great ppl to talk with & it's always fun to be around them. I go every 2 weeks & can honestly say I've NEVER waited. Rhonda is a perfectionist. She checks & rechecks to make sure you're happy. I'm proud to say she's someone I call a friend too as well! Whether you get Rhonda or Lynn I can definitely say you'll leave HAPPY with perfectly done nails or pedis!! I am NOT light with my hands, doing lots of gardening & housework. My nails have NEVER broken nor has my polish chipped. I often shock Rhonda lol! At the end of the day, and this review I'm happy to say I've found "my person" & couldn't be happier!!"

"I believe I have finally found my new permanent home for nails. Being from Long Island I had a nail guy who I was faithful to for almost 20 years and then we moved here. The one time I went to get my nails done oh, I will not mention the place, I cried when I got home there was so horrible. That place has since been shut down. I made my appt with simply nails & it was soo professional. They emailed & texted reminders of my appt. When I got there that day, Rhonda was waiting for me with NO back up at all. We chatted the whole time I got my new set on, which by the way I LOVE that they do hybrid nails. Their selection of colors and designs is ENDLESS! So far I've done some EXTREME gardening including digging up rocks & my nails are still perfect, including the polish. The place is very clean, polished & friendly. I was happy to meet these, ladies. THANK you Rhonda. You'll be seeing me every 2 weeks!!! You are amazing & Veryy talented. You've definitely gained a customer for life"

"What a great relaxing experience! I booked my gold pedicure appointment online, which was very easy and convenient since I could see exactly what times were available and pick what worked best for me. The all the girls that work there are super friendly and it was so nice talking to them. They know their stuff and enjoy what they do and it shows. I'm not a person who normally goes to nail salons but their service and warmth was so great that I might find the time to treat myself."
