"The food we received was delicious, however, DIG forgot two of our sides and gave us the wrong protein instead of the upgrade we paid for. I called multiple times to try to get the missing food delivered to us or a refund and was told by Vanessa that she could not do this without a manager/corporate. She assured me that I should get a refund via email, yet it’s been 3 days and I have not received anything. At one point I was even hung up on and had to call back. I’m extremely disappointed in this lack of service as the food we did get was great and I would have liked to return."

"So this is my first time leaving a google review and unfortunately it’s not to rave about amazing food. I have ordered from here many times before and it’s always been pretty good but today was just really terrible. There was a discount for ordering 15 dollars or more on DoorDash so I decided to add avocado because with the discount it would basically come out to the same price as if I didn’t order it. The picture shows the avocado from the bowl which was kind of crazy to see. This avocado is rotten. Very obviously so. I would cut into an avocado like this and throw it away so I’m not sure how they felt comfortable feeding this to someone else. If this was the last avocado you had, cool. No problem. Take the avocado off my order and refund the money. But they still put it in which I feel is kind of disrespectful. I also have never ordered a bowl with this little food in it before. I don’t know what was going on today."
