"Wow, I'm obsessed with this place! I got an original clucker sandwich and told myself I would take only 1 bite in the car and eat the rest at home, but I literally couldn't stop eating it! Also the staff was so nice and inviting! A sleeper hit for me!"

"Highly disappointed. Found you on grub hub and was excited to try because of the good reviews and y’all are not too far from me. But for one there was no coleslaw insight. And for two the heat index was extremely too hot and I got medium heat and my daughter couldn’t even eat it. It would’ve been nice to have the coleslaw so it could have even out the heat index but I didn’t have that and honestly couldn’t finish the sandwich. Even if you ran out of it there should have been a phone call to let me know but there wasn’t. It seems like when people order through these third party apps we get the short end of the stick which isn’t right. Because if you think about it we are paying more than the people that can sit down in the establishment. So the service should be the same if not more. I would like to give another try but if it’s gonna be the same experience no way Jose !!! UPDATE!!! First photo is from my first review So because I can’t write another review I have to add on this one. This is the second time I ordered from you and yet AGAIN no coleslaw. I don’t know if y’all just don’t care or don’t read customer notes but it’s ridiculous. As you can see I even put it in notes but shouldn’t have to because that stuff should already come on the sandwich .If you were out out cole slaw then a phone call should’ve been had which is the preferred contact when you run out of something. Also got plaid chicken this time to see the difference from the medium and it absolutely had no flavor. I guess that’s the point of the coleslaw but I didn’t have that. I wanted to give it another try but yet I’m disappointed again. But what’s more disappointing is that every other review got a response from this place and yet here I am two months later with no response from my first review. Unlike most ppl I order online so no I can’t go to the restaurant and get my order fixed it’s really inconvenient. The milkshake is also completely over priced for the taste. If someone could get back to me it would be greatly appreciated."

"Service was excellent! The fries were really good. The sandwich was good I enjoyed the sauce and slaw but the chicken piece itself was more of a tender. All in all I do recommend."

"This place is a stand outside and order spot. We got the medium original cluck sandwich and the cheesy cluck sandwich with fries. They’re both great. I really like how the brioche buns aren’t sweet like some other places. The portion is also very large. Fries I think I’ll pass on next time. Nothing out of the ordinary. Their signature sauce is amazing. I took a star off because we had to go back and correct our order as the lady at the front didn’t get it right which wasn’t the bigger issue. However their shakes are just regular shakes. I mean you can taste the cheap ice cream they used out of the cardboard container lol I’m not saying they don’t taste good, (we tried all 3 flavors) it just isn’t great for the $4+ price. But yes I’ll definitely go back for the sandwiches and am eager to try hotter versions next!"
