"My driver waited 30 minutes for a single egg McMuffin and there was no egg on my sandwich. I requested no bacon and they gave me a sausage McMuffin. I’m allergic so that was a nice trip to the ER on a Sunday. I will be following up with corporate complaint tomorrow."

"Ordered a coffee, in a restaurant that had more than a half dozens employees and only one other customer also waiting for a coffee. 15 minutes + later, we received two cups of light brown heated water. While we waited for the coffee to be made, one worker there packing fries, said 'they be lucky to getting coffee in the first place!!' Another 15 minutes later we finally received a two cups of coffee that typical for McDonald's when they try. Horrible customer service, with an almost zero attention to customer service!"

"Horrible! I've been to many different McDonald's restaurants & this 1 places right at the top of my list of bad ones. I know you're saying it's a McDonald's. What do you expect? But man, talk about terrible attitudes & even worse service. It says they close at 11pm. I walk at 9:50p, there's no cashier, so I'm like no biggie, I'll use the kiosks. I put my order in, it allows you to "customize" your order, great. I can't have dairy. And not too much salt, I'm trying to watch my Blood Pressure. So no cheese, no salt. Both of these requests are standard options, but neither were fulfilled! I also requested lettuce tomato & mayo on my burger. Nope! I ordered 2 apple pies again, nothing. My meal was large, no large cup, I did get the large fry, but they definitely had salt on them. & when I brought up the fact that the cup was not a large, the cashier simply said well we don't have large what do you want us to do about it? Idk maybe not charge for a large if you can't supply a large? I was there an hour before the listed closing & she treated me like I was there 10 minutes before close & was asking for special items that weren't on the menu! This has to be the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's to date."
