"Employees are extremely nice and went out of their way to make sure everyone had everything they needed. It's also nice that they leave the condiments out, there's a giant basket of ketchup packets and other things so you don't have to ask them for it. Food was good but I only got the chicken tenders."

"THIS PLACE SUCKS! I ordered a patty melt and a cheesesteak and only got a NASTY CHEESESTEAK with NO PATTY MELT!!! For $20 this Philly cheesesteak was a disgrace to the city! Our gate was on the other side of the airport and after walking for so long, we expected to sit down and enjoy our food. ONLY TO FIND OUT THE FOOD WAS GROSS."

"Cheesesteak was pathetic. Wrong kind of roll. Meat was pulverized. Cheese was on top rather than mixed in. The cheesesteak is Philly's signature dish. Why not take some pride in that and do it right!? Go to Angelo's in South Philly or John's Roast Pork. Do what they do. This poor excuse for a cheesesteak costs $20!"

"While on a layover at PHL we decide to try Loves for a chicken Philly. A young lady helped us with app when I asked how to order w/o onions. She was very helpful. We got our drinks quickly and the sandwich shortly after. The chicken Philly was outstanding! It came out piping hot and was perfectly seasoned. The fries that came with it were ok but not great. The servers came by to ask how everything was and also refilled our sodas. Not sure why all the neg reviews but our experience was great. Visited on Oct 4 at around 3pm."
