"Corporate Panera where are you? Need to step in and change the culture in this store, for the prices you charge we get less than stellar experience, half my order was missing and that lack of urgency/concern was discouraging. Whats the point of delivery if your customers have to drive there to get half of their missing order? While waiting witnessing other patrons voicing they had been waiting 40+ minutes for a dine in order is 100% unacceptable. Empty condiments unclean tables and floors made my teenagers room look clean in comparison. Lost my business for sure, pathetic"

"I’m not exactly going here for fine dining so atmosphere and the like doesn’t really matter. This is fast food and I’m not expecting quality but I am expecting them to get my order right. Most of the staff is super nice and helpful. The large guy they have working the drive through window gets my order wrong every time. I ordered a you pick two half bacon turkey bravo with a cup of tomato soup and an apple. I received non of that and instead got a sandwich with turkey lettuce tomato and mayo. This has happened three times now. I payed over $15 bucks for this."

"I work in emergency service and we had a series of challenging calls one day. I stopped at Panera to grab a salad and they ended up giving me enough food for my entire shift for free! The food was amazing and staff were so kind. They were a spark of joy and kindness in a very dark day."

"Very disappointed. Twice I have ordered online and picked drive thru for pickup. Both times my order were delayed. Last nights order I placed at 6 pm. I received a message stating my order would be ready by 6:30. Once we arrived we sat in the drive through for an additional 15 until we finally received my order. I do t understand what happened to this place, it used to be excellent. Food is luckily still delicious. I must also mention I had dined in another time during lunch and the place and bathroom was really dirty. Tables are not being wiped down and staff is just standing around. Very disappointing. Don’t think I will be returning here again."

"I just ordered a Fuji Appel salad with chicken, and my salad had only une piece off apple, I choose the bread and it looks like someone had tear a piece the bread. That’s not ok"
