"This location is absolutely awful…. don’t bother with their pet grooming dept. for dogs or cats. Its beyond sad, it’s pitiful actually. Do yourself a favor, just book your appointments elsewhere. Half of the staff is incompetent! Either they truly do not know what they’re doing or they’re just plain rude and lazy, to say the least. I won’t go into every detail even though it’s all important to the story but its honestly too much to write out. Regardless, after spending all day waiting, of what should have been 2-3 hours tops, I return because they decided to call me just when their store was about to close to inform me that they were unable to groom my cat. Mind you, my appointment was at 2pm (Sunday hours, on July 4th) I arrived a little early, about 1:35/1:40, so I could fill out any remaining paperwork etc.. During that time, the staff did not mention anything to me about being “hours behind”. My fiancé asked the groomer how long would it take to groom our cat? They said about 2-3 hours which is normally about correct. Still at no time during the check in process did she mention anything important to us. Anyway, they stated they would not be able to groom our cat because they noticed some wetness from his nose?! But not once during the day did they notice it, but only 15 mins prior to closing?! How convenient!!! Why did they just noticed it after literally hours, and she replied, “they were hours behind schedule and just finished a dog at 4pm”. Which should have been actually done by 2pm. We should should have been told that upfront when we were there at 1:35. I asked to see the manager and got no where. She assumed what happened and spoke for her, even though she’s the store manager and was not present in the grooming area nor did she even try to find out what occurred. I got the run around and somehow thought by saying to me, that my cat is super sweet and very cute, and that she said hi to it, that it would make it better. It actually made it worse because she would have noticed his nose if it was an issue. Again it wasn’t… the dog finished at 4pm. There was still enough time to finish grooming my cat. We spoke about what I wanted to be done with my cat and it wasn’t even a full grooming job, it was just his back side that needed to be shampooed and trimmed. He’s a very long haired cat and wanted a simple shampoo and trim. They had two hours left to do that. But called 15 mins prior to closing. So my cat just sat there literally for 4.5 hours in a small cat carrier? Unprofessional to the fullest. Never gain. It was the 4th of July, plus a Sunday. They close at 6pm… My cats nose wasn’t even damp when I checked. Save your time and frustration. It’s not worth it. If you find this place is okay, just wait til the day it happens to you. 4.5 hours in a cat carrier, did my cat get any water? Was he allowed to use the bathroom? Who knows?"
