"$30 for a really well done gel manicure, great deal! The man who did my nails spent a lot of time cleaning up the cuticles too which I notice a lot of other salons just rush through. Great experience, I will definitely be back!"
"Lady was very nice but seemed to be rushing on my nails and didn’t trim my cuticles. The nails came out really pretty though. unfortunately one started falling off after a week so im gonna have to get it fixed. These pictures were taken about a week later. I’ll probably end up going back to them just because it’s super close and i love the staff. These came to about 57 dollars."
"i asked for ombré nails , and i got only 1. then i wanted a cute little design and she wanted to charge me 100$. that’s a rip off. i won’t come back to get my nails done anymore."
"I just went to this place today, for the first time. This place was a quick drive so I was hoping to try it out and like it. They got me in quickly but did a terrible job. She over-buffed my white-tip acrylic nails and my French -tip nails look cloudy and bubbly. Another way to describe it is that my nails look like I pushed my thumbprint onto each nail before it dried. You can touch my nails and feel the grooves. BAlso, my pinky nail can hardly be seen because they glued the white-tip halfway up my nail. The lady doing my nails also left me, in the middle of getting my nails done, to give a woman a wax. In addition to this, a friend of mine that I was with, asked for French polish on feet and new polish on nails. They painted the feet (which look great) but forgot about her because the lady moved on to someone else who was getting a pedicure. My friend asked them about it when they kept taking new people and they didn't even offer to get her in. They just ignored her. Then they tried charging her for a pedicure when all she did was get her toenails painted. They charged me $7 extra for getting white tips (meaning instead of using a see-through nail and painting it, they used a white nail so they wouldn't have to use paint). I think she charged me for gel polish even though I didn't get it since she tried over-charging my friend after me. I only left a few bucks as a tip since I was not happy but looking back I wish I wouldn't have left anything. Overall, I think this place is very unprofessional, unorganized and over-priced. I have been getting my nails done for 17 years and I've never had my nails look this bad while leaving the salon. This place was packed and they did low-quality work to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They were not friendly nor personable and they just talked amongst themselves. I think this place cuts corners and over-charges people to make as much profit as possible without doing quality work and making sure the customer is happy. I recommend Lotus Nail spa over this place but make sure you make an appointment the day before. They assign a person to you and they block off so much time so there is no rushing and it results in high quality work."
