Ordered a gluten free sandwich and they gave me a breaded piece of chicken with a gluten free bun… I told them I wanted a gluten free sandwich so they took it back and then charged me extra for a plain piece of grilled chicken, no lettuce no tomato no pickles just a rubbery piece of chicken and the French fries were stale and hard"
"Just bought a salad and the lettuce is brown! Yuck! Update A few days later, I went back to pickup dinner. I made the order on the app. When I got home, I was missing one of the meals and a dessert. This place is the worse. They need to fire everyone and get all new staff, or properly train the ones that they have. Better than that, management. Chick fil a is a much better establishment than what they are depicting at this location"
"My favorite Chick-fil-A location. The chicken patty is thick. The drive-thru line is usually long, so using the curbside pickup method is a smart way to get the food quickly. I am not sure about in-store experience, but takeout has been always good for me."
