"Was dealing with Debra regarding cabinet replacement. From what I'm told she was sent the wrong replacement, which was brought to my house & was too small. Followed up with her via email a week later, to never hear from her again. Called & spoke to Kristina & the correct cabinet happened to be in & she scheduled the repair & called me when he was on the way! Besides Debras initial communication, there was none from her except to cancel the first scheduled appointment (the part didn't arrive as planned). She was supposed to contact me to reschedule but that never happened. Instead, the builder was at my house for something else & told me he had a cabinet for me (as stated above it was the wrong size)."

The owner of the company, with the designer of our project, corrected the challenges and have exceeded my expectations.
