I hadn't gotten my hair cut professionally in two years after a particularly bad cut right before my wedding (at a different, non Supercuts salon). Kelsey was so quick, but not rushed. "At the SuperCuts on Simpson Drive, the associate was very rude and this is not the first time it has happened. The place was clearly empty and she seemed to be waiting for someone when we walked in. We asked her for a quick cut straight across, not very time consuming, and she rudely declined even though we could see no one was there. As a customer I was expecting to get service as there was no one in the shop, even though it was fully booked."
