"My appointment was for 8:30.. the sign on the door open at 9:00 am. The owner/ hairdresser was a half hour late!! My hair was long and blonde and I wanted a Chloe Kardashian color and cut... What I got was a headfull of red hair and extremely short chopped up Shirley McLane..she was late and I paid the price she rushed through my color that she only left on for ten minutes..the cut she didn't even take 10 minutes to do..no blow dry..no styling..she had to hurry .. she over booked her clients and left no time for a $80 color & cut for a potentially new client! She claimed to have 26 years of experience.. I could have gone to the local barbershop and got better treament! She knows that she did a butcher job on my hair...My co workers and family were shocked at what she did to me... All i can say is everyone I know now knows not to be a patron at Mark Anthony!"
