"I rarely cut my hair so great clips is perfect for trims. Recently I visited the Thornale location requested a V shaped haircut what I ended up with was a disaster. I HAD waist length curly hair what I ended up with ... My hair barely touched my bra line it wasn't cut in a V it was choppy the top layer two inches shorter than the bottom it wasnt even blended in, my bangs didn't even touch my eyebrows. It was awful, It looked like two different haircuts on each side of my head, when I got in my car I cried. My niece did the best she could to fix it but it still looks bad. I spent years growing my hair to have someone ruin a basic haircut in minutes. I gave the details of my experience and the location."
