"First time customer at Floyd's 99 in Rockville and I had a great cut. I live about 20 minutes away but was in Rockville with a couple hours to kill. One barbershop was appointment only, a second was cash only, a third had terrible reviews, but Floyd's was able to get me in and had solid reviews. My stylist, Justin, talked with me about what I wanted and clearly cared about his craft. Before I came in, my hair was a mess from neglect and at-home trims but there was no judgment. The vibe was fun and lively, place was clean, staff was friendly, and price was fair. I'll be back."

He didn’t just give me the same haircut I had before, he instantly knew how to make it the best haircut for me. He’s also great at shape ups and beard fades, and also a pleasure to talk to.
