"Thanks to European Granite for installing my beautiful and large quartz island and countertop. I worked through two salesmen, Aldi and Huseyin. They both were helpful and professional. On my second visit, Aldi was not available, however, Huseyin wrote my order up and placed the paperwork in a folder so Aldi could see it when he returned. I placed my order on Monday and was told that the countertops would be installed on Friday and they were an hour earlier than the time promised. During the installation it was determined that I needed a 4”backsplash for a corner and within a few hours, I was informed that I could pick up the backsplash on the same day. They even gifted me with a cutting board."

"Mr Adil was our consultant for our kitchen counter top project. He was very professional, personable and accommodating. We made some changes of stone and design to our project mid way in the process and he made sure we were satisfied before the work was started. The installers were on time the day of installation. "They came to install granite countertops on 3/25/2023 and damaged my wall to the point it left a crack going up the wall and badly damaged the bottom of another side of the same wall (see pictures ). I spoke with the installers who told me they weren't going to fix it so I called my sales rep Armed who stated that my old countertops caused the damage when they were taking them off and it was my responsibility to have it fixed. I told him that he has to make me whole and I won't pay the balance until its done. When I tell you they made more excuses than I've ever heard as to why it was my responsibility to fix their damage. Eventually, they sent someone to fix it and he spent 5 hours repairing the wall. He did a good job but left the wall white when my wall is a different color (see pictures). I called again and was told to go buy the paint and they will paint it. Of course I said no and that I don't work for European Granite and they must complete what they started. On 4/14/2023 they sent a painter who painted my wall dark brown when my wall is not that color and he told me the paint will lighten as it dries (see pictures). Not only did he continue painting after noticing it was a different color, he had the nerve to insult my intelligence by thinking I believed his lie. The sales rep Armed came by to look at the paint job and told me that the painter wanted to paint that portion of the wall dark brown and that's why he continued to paint. Really? This painter was arguing with me in my house. It was a terrible experience. Finally, on 4/19/2023, they sent a painter who did a great job. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company such as this one. Their prices are reasonable but you get what you pay for. Buyer beware, this is a very unprofessional company with incompetent contractors that will tear up your home and blame you for the damage. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone."

"We are more than pleased with EGD. We had installed Quartz countertops for our new home. The staff is amazing they arrived on time and did the most amazing beautiful work. They were quick and very helpful with a measurement issue. European Granite Design is very affordable best money spent. I can't THANK them enough!!!!"
