"I really want to keep shopping here, but the prices just keep going up and up. I hate finding items here that are just the same as other places. It's really not thrifting when you are spending more for a used item than one you could get brand new. In addition, at this particular location I was really looking forward to looking at books. I was happy to see the reorganization that made it so much easier to look at children's books. However, as I was looking through the books, an employee member stood five feet from me with her cart of items, staring at me and waiting for me to finish looking so she could work on the shelves. I wanted more time to look but felt very rushed and uncomfortable with her standing right there staring at me. It was a frustrating and embarrassing experience. Please allow your customers time to shop and don't rush us off just so you can put more things out. Especially when looking at books, it can take awhile! I like to take my time thrifting and find it relaxing but I only left with a few things because I felt so uncomfortable."

"I enjoy shopping here, especially with this establishment, giving back to those in need due to homelessness, addiction, rental assistance, emergency assistance, etc. This store is always clean and organized, and the workers are always pleasant. I donate to organizations that give back to people and a cause. I always round up my total purchase to the nearest dollar. They also do discounts or sale on color coded tags. I recommend highly."
