"I feel it needs to be said that I have very long hair. I've been working on growing it out for a while now and was finally happy with its thickness but I needed to get the split ends trimmed. I made an appointment with Dawn and asked her to trim the bottom and give me some thicker face frame. I specified that I really didn't want to lose thickness or much length, I just needed it freshened up. She had another girl do my face frame because she wasnt sure what I ment but then she said that she'd have to add some layers in the back to blend it. I specified again that I didnt want to lose the thickness I'd worked hard to get and she assured me that if anything my hair would look thicker with the layer so I agreed. she just kept cutting though. I didn't realize how much she'd cut until she drew my attention to what looked like half of my hair on the floor as she swept it up. My hair feels so thin now. I've lost like a years worth of hair progress and I hate it. I wish I'd said something at the time but I was shell shocked. Everyone was very nice but my botched haircut has really upset me."

My husband has had difficulty in the past trying to find someone to cut his hair properly. Laura gets it right ever single time!
