"Such a nice place for clothes and furniture. You never know what they're gonna have until you visit!"
"Didn't visit the store. Called to inquire about acceptance of a vintage, mink jacket (not mine -- it belonged to my aunt, a waitress). The woman told me (in an exceptionally rude tone) that the store was accepting Spring clothing and they were not interested. When I attempted to explain that it was still Winter and Valentine's Day was approaching, she cut me off. So I hung up. Upon further examination of the acceptable clothing description, I realized it was the wrong store. Totally. Addendum: I was told that, "No one buys fur anymore." I call your attention to the International Fur Federation website. 11/23. Finally visited this store. Personally, one would do better to visit Goodwill. I inquired about acceptance of two pairs of pumps (both designer shoes in excellent condition) and was told that the store only accepts "shoes that have not been worn". Immediately to my left on the shelves were numerous shoes in rather poor condition. Give me a break!"
"This place is wonderful. Clean and what’s so nice about the store is she doesn’t just have clothes but household items. There also is an entire section with furniture. Worth stopping in. One of my favorite consignment shops around!!"
"Not a good experience consigning at this store. The owner consistently changes her “policies” for consigning without any notification. When questioned on anything she becomes rude, evasive, and condescending. She sold many of my items with very little profit to me. Her tag pricing is very confusing and misleading. Bottom line, I will not consign or purchase here again. I do not recommend The Buttonhole."
"Mindy is a very nice lady and runs a very nice store they have all kind of good merchandise for women and little trinkets and stuff to put around frames and little gifts you can get just a lot of knick knacks and stuff and she's willing to work with you with the price"
