"Jazlyn has been doing my nails for about 2 years - she is meticulous and takes her time which means that my dip manicure with gel top coat easily lasts 2 weeks and even 3 if my schedule prevents me from getting back to the salon sooner. I drive almost thirty minutes to get there because I’m very particular about my nails - she is worth the drive - I’m never disappointed; and if I was, I know she’d make it right. This pic was taken 4 or 5 days after this week’s appointment. It’s not unusual for me to get random compliments on my nails thanks to Jazlyn’s artistry."

"I got a haircut and color. This was a treat for myself, usually I do my hair trim and color at home. I was expecting more input/planning when the website boasted an in depth consultation process before each appointment. I told my stylist I wanted to go my natural hair color or darker. I expected her to come back with some choices but she came back with color already mixed. I was charged quite a lot for extra color even though my hair was above shoulder (chin length) and had an undercut going halfway up the back of my head. Surely extra color charge would be if your hair is exceptionally long?? During the very brief ‘consultation’ I showed pictures of hair I wanted and stated my preference was to do no or limited layers, but ultimately defer to the expert (stylist). My hair was styled looking completely different than the photos. I asked if she could make it look less ‘perfect’ and more textured (it was blow dried all curled under with a round brush - no texture and not like any photo I showed) she stated she couldn’t accomplish this with out layers. My frustration, is I feel like this was something that could have been discussed during the very brief ‘consultation’ and I could have the option of doing some layers to accomplish my goal. Maybe explain the ways in which no layers would change the look? Instead she looked at my photos and I was under the impression we could get very close. All in all I’m disappointed, I was excited for a big change and I feel just a little more thought, conversation, or consideration would have made the difference. Update review to reflect that I was offered to come back and fix the haircut at no charge. I still left one star off for the original experience."

"I’m always greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. Skyler is my hairdresser for my difficult, thin, straight hair. She is so skilled in her craft, does such an amazing job.
