"Jessie and her team are absolutely amazing! Trish does an awesome job with kids cuts and working with my grandmother who has bouts of confusion. She is always so patient and kind. Kerriann does great color work and has freshened up my mother in law on numerous occasions. Jessie is the best with lashes, tanning, balayage, haircuts and extensions- she does it all! Bottom line my whole family comes here and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The whole team is professional and courteous. Prices are always fair and the salon is always clean. "I normally do not give bad reviews but in this case I must. I've been a client of this salon for many years and always went to Megan but unfortunately Megan is on leave. I was there on a Friday night December 17th for a 4 o'clock appointment. The stylist is a master stylist and I was super excited to get my hair done and I have always left very happy with the services. The stylist gave me a wonderful haircut, however the coloring was subpar. I got home and a day later I noticed that my roots were awful-see picture below. I knew when I was in the chair she did not put enough foils in my hair but I neglected to say anything which is my fault. When I got to the counter and saw my bill....$164 then I left a tip on top of that I left there with spending almost $200 for something I was not happy with at all. To the stylist's defense, she was not feeling well and she was trying to juggle another client while she was working with me. I don't think I left there with her best work and it's sad to think about the money I spent. I was bummed that my hair didn't look nice for the holidays. I tried to avoid pictures and wore a hat most of the time. Moral of the story...speak up when the service is not to your liking. I did try to phone the salon this week but no one seems to be answering. I'm going to another salon on Friday to have my coloring fixed."
