"This is a great macys location. Sadly It was recently added to a list of closures that macys has going. The store is well stocked and well lit. Everything is easy to find. They also have a toys r us section with plenty to offer. Many different departments as you would expect. Upper section accessible by escalater or elevator. Clean bathrooms. Easy to access from the mall or the parking lot and doors direct for the store. This store will be missed. Convenient location and everything you might need from a department store."

"Only one salesman on the floor of the entire men's suits and shoes department on a Friday night. But he was really helpful, experienced, and calm under pressure, juggling 3-4 customers at a time. Macy's also only had *one* suit in stock that fit me. So I could not buy the style, fabric, or color I wanted. I would shop wherever the gentleman working the floor worked because he was incredibly helpful and experienced. Otherwise, Macy's is not doing themselves any favors."

"A woman named Madison in the make-up department helped me match foundation and concealer perfectly to my skin color. She was professional, kind and did such a good job that I bought every product she used on my face. She was so helpful!! Will recommend for anyone needing make-up services here!"

"While I'm not a frequent Macy's shopper, I have started to visit a couple times a year. Ross Park Mall has been my go to mall since the 90s. But as anyone who's shopped there over the decades can tell you it has changed as more upscale/expensive stores have moved in. I still enjoy seeing it decorated for the holidays, browsing, or picking up something from the dwindling food court options, and do most of my shopping at more affordable stores like Kohl's. However I must say the holiday sales at Macy's, either Black Friday or the Friends and Family sale, have caught my attention the last couple years. Last year I picked up some cologne from their sizable fragrance department. One lady claimed they didn't have any open bottles for sample sprays at her station and didn't seem willing to make another available to try, so I moved on. The second was be try friendly and took me all around to anything I was curious about, and I left with two different bottles. This year I was in the market for new winter wear, something waterproof and warm. I ended up with a Tommy Hilfiger jacket and a Calvin Klein coat. Both together would normally have been $375, too much for me. But one sale just $140 saving me $235! The store is spacious and usually better organized than other clothing outlets with things thrown everywhere after aggressive shoppers move through."
