"It's taken me a little while to post this review due to embarrassment I went through but after the rude unprofessional service I received I feel it's only fair. I went to this salon for a couple years. Prior to this visit my stylist had a dispute with a in law I had no involvement what so ever so I didn't even think about it when I made a routine appointment. I scheduled an appointment and when I walked in I was belittled and talked down to. Insulted and shocked I was. I used my name N didn't hid it. I was shocked and flabbergasted. I should have walked out but felt like I was stuck once there. Plus I was with my young sister who was so excited for her hair appointment I thought that was the worse of it nope. She threw highlights and talked to me like we were friends and she ignored what I wanted done which was a color with highlights in the end my hair was a mess and I left feeling embarrassed and belittled. Never again and I will warn everyone who I know to stay away."

"I have been going to Sanela for my hair for years as well as Jess for my nails for a little over a year. Both women are wonderful to deal with both personally and professionally. Sanela always does beautiful work and always asks how my husband and family are doing which is very comforting. I have never had my nails done by Jess and been disappointed. The quality of her work is some of the best that I’ve ever had (and as someone who’s had my nails done for years at other places, I have had enough experience to make that distinction). She is very personable and I love my Saturday mornings where I get to FAN GIRL with her over our joint love of KPOP. I’ve had my makeup, hair, and nails done here and I would never go anywhere else.
