"employees were rude to my boyfriend & I, looked at us weirdly when we greeted THEM bc they didn’t greet us,, on top of that a young girl who doesn’t seem old enough to use nicotine products had her nicotine vape out, was hitting it, & was LOUDLY watching Tiktoks when i was checking out. i’m all for slacking off when customers aren’t present but the behaviors they had while customers were in the store were crazy & completely unprofessional."

"Kian was an amazing sales associate. The store didn’t have the exact color and size I needed and he provided alternatives to ensure I got what I wanted! He even recommended I try a couples sizes for size reference and I ended up buying the color I didn’t initially go in there for because I actually liked the color after trying them on"

"Upon arrive we were greeted by an associate we looked at the shoes we wanted and asked if they had the size we wanted. The gentlemen head to the back to see what size they had i which they did not have the exact size we needed but he offered us the nearest biggest size. That size worked out and we quickly purchased. Kyle was friendly and kind overall great experience we need more friendly, talkative and welcoming associates thank you Journeys!!!!!"
