"This is a gripe on the brand and not the store. Can we please stop the skinny/slim jean trend. My children complain they are uncomfortable. Why does a little boy or girl need them. Most lf the pants were either slim or skinny. Barely found anything normal, and normal is still skinny compared to when I was growing up. Thank goodness the trend wasn't big in the late 80s and 90's."

"Used to live in the area and always avoided this store due to cleanliness. Showed up today(tuesday) hoping that a weekday would prove to be different with less foot traffic. Hardly anyone in the store, hangers littering the floor, dust bunnies EVERYWHERE, cloths still strewn about and on floor under tables, 2 weeks of tried on clothes littering the fitting room area, NOT COMING BACK."

"Excellent customer service. Went there to pickup item I had ordered online. Due to an error on my part, a couple items were sent to another location, they were able to tell me which location and provided phone # & address. They attempted to have items sent to a location of my choice however at the time, that particular store was closed. Ladies were awesome (sorry I don’t remember names)! Keep up the amazing work!"

"Kudos to this locations staff and management! I arrived at the store today when it opened and was greeted very warmly by the staff! Throughout my shopping experience I was offered assistance and helped by multiple staff on the sales floor. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The cashiers did a great job greeting and answering questions. The location was very clean and organized. I even had to call the store and let management know they are doing great! Such a pleasant trip to Old Navy keep up the great work guys!"

"Visited the store, it’s busy so the store inventory all over the place at times reflects that, but they just need staff to walk the floor to fix that occasionally … checkout was quick."
