"Great service from Laura, Moe, and staff. Was extremely impressed with their craftsmanship- their long experience shows. Communication could have been better, and the project did take longer than expected. They seemed very busy with commercial projects, which is a great sign. However, it should be in their policy to be more upfront about that to those with one-off commissions. Additionally, it would have been nice seeing a pricing sheet (ex. hours, etc.) than just provided with an arbitrary number, especially for a first time buyer. Thanks again."
"Had two Baker dining room chairs reupholstered and Gene Sanes did a beautiful job. They totally rebuilt my cushions, including redoing the webbing and new cushion stuffing. They tightened the arms and even cleaned the wood finish. Great service and they were even done a little earlier than expected. I am now having the caning repaired on two other chairs."
