"What a disappointment!! We recently spent $8000.00 in this store. We just left! We wanted to look at end tables to go with the furniture. There were 3 salespeople present. Not one got off of their chairs to help even when questioned! It was like we were bothering them. No one else was in the store either."

"Do you like receiving the furniture you buy? If so, don’t shop here! I wish I could tell you what their furniture is like but in spite of being given a delivery date, which was over a month ago, our furniture and rugs still aren’t here. When will they get here? Seems like a reasonable question, but west elm says my guess is as good as theirs."

"Ordered a set of two armchairs. First - only one was delivered due to the second being damaged at the warehouse. The one that was delivered had a large scratch on the leg that needed repaired. Then, when the second one finally arrived, there was a different set of legs on the chair than the first! I don’t know if they thought I wouldn’t notice, but it looked absolutely ridiculous and it’s embarrassing that they are selling a “set” of armchairs with two different leg types. I’ve been told I’ll have to wait two weeks for someone to get back to me on how to fix this and was offered nothing for all my trouble. I will NEVER order from here again. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your furniture needs."

"I purchased SKU: 1312337 and the table is literally pealing up. I ordered it on April 11, 2022 and didn’t receive it until August 27th after 2 delivery delays, and less than 9 months later the table is falling apart. For $699 this table should last the rest of my life, not less than a year. Your customer service quoted they cannot offer me any support because this is “normal wear and tear”… Insane… you lost a valuable customer due to poor quality products and bad customer service."
