"I went to Macy's and ask for directions to the jewelry department. When you get there a man is being assisted by a salesperson (Terry). So you wait and you look through the items that you are interested in purchasing. Then another female of the same race as the male shows up( not together). The male Cant make up his mind what he wants So the sales person turns to the other female, Who just walked up and said "may I help you" all along never acknowledging me at all."

"I went to Macy's the Monday before Thanksging for Black Friday. I got great discounts on fine jewelry. They mailed a bracelet to my cousin in Chesapeake Virginia, she received it that Wednesday. She was pleased with the silver bracelet. They had 75 percent off fine jewelry."

"This review and 5 star rating is specifically for Marcia and Celeste, the sales associates that handle returns and order pickups. I swear these two ladies are the reason I come to this Macy's. Unfortunately, this isn't one of the largest ones that carry exclusive designers so I usually shop online. There are plenty of occasions I've had to make returns and trust me that can be multiple items. Celeste and Marcia always welcome me with a smile and are very patient and attentive to my needs.
