Reason 1 : People in there are lazy they close the fitting room 3 hours before closing and refuse to let anyone go in they put a sign that said close. When U ask the staff why the fitting rooms close they used the same wack excuse “we short staff” whole time is about 5 five ppl in the floor walking around or chatting with other coworkers, Reason 2: The worst of all the manager be Okay with this foolishness and doesn’t offer a solution . 3: Apparently when the fitting rooms are open they are Unisex, WTF… I will not let have my 9yr old girl go try her clothes with grown men in there, what is wrong with the world. Make one for Women only You dumb Fcks."

"I love the selection at this store, but there is a manager there who is the rudest, most bitter person I have ever met. The short, heavy set Hispanic guy with the long straggly hair never smiles, never says thank you, and looks very miserable. I saw him give this lady a hard time about wanting a blazer that was on a mannequin that happened to be the last one in her size. I asked him what the reason for the policy was and he kept saying "Because it's our policy.""

"I literally love h and m so much I can't even describe it. their clothes are cute, stylish and comfortable. their jeans are little expensive and I never find what I want in terms of jeans but everything else is so cute, I love it. highly recommend great clothes place especially for teen girls."

"They advertise for one price and than charge another. The manager is no help. He tells me the shirt is in the wrong place. But there was several of the same shirts on the rack. No one spoke unprofessional just lack of concern for the customer perspective.
