"I walk into this business and there are no customers in the store. Two employees standing there as I walk in. I said I’d like a haircut. They said you have to check in on line. What? This is just stupid! Why do I have to check in online? The sign clearly says walk ins welcome, no appointment necessary. They said that’s the rules. I left and will not return. Now I understand why there were no customers."

"Sign in... ONLY When your 2 miles away... Otherwise don't even try to sign in online... cause the system will let people sign in when they are an HR away and close off any chance to sign in early... 4 people in store... 7 online haven't arrived yet... creating a full capacity issue when in reality there's more spots in store"

"Took our little man here for his first haircut. He was surprisingly calm the entire time. Our stylist was so nice and friendly, even went the extra mile and interacted with our 3 year old as well. I will definitely be going back."

"Liz did a great job on my husband's hair. She wasn't his regular stylist so we were concerned that she wouldn't give him the haircut he likes. She read his info from the previous stylist and did a fantastic job. I'd give her 5 stars but the 4 star rating is because we hate the system Sport Clips using of not being able to make an appointment. It's a very inconvenient system the way they make you check in and then you have to be ready to go when they are ready for you and you have a small time window to get there. Hate that method."
