When I inquired about more affordable options, she guided me to the Last Act section where I discovered three items from Calvin Klein & DKNY, along with a stylish winter coat. Despite the end of her shift, she went above and beyond to help me. Overall, it was a fantastic experience."

"The woman that helped me in the shoes department got running shoes was fantastic. Same with the lady at sunglass hut. Unfortunately they were out of the style I wanted. Nobody else greeted me at r offered help so I didn’t shop. The bathroom was disgusting. Overflowing toilets and puddles of urine and toilet water. Just don’t go in. It’s bad. Overall it’s a good macys. Great location and if it wasn’t Black Friday weekend, a great selection."

The building is amazing with an outstanding architecture. Totally recommended. Yeah there is also nice sales for top brands."

"I recently visited Macy's in Washington DC and while it was a pleasant experience overall, I would only give it a 3-star review. The store itself was clean and well-organized, but we weren't greeted by anyone upon arrival. While it's not a huge deal, it would have been nice to have a friendly face welcome us and offer assistance. That being said, when we did need help, the associates were very friendly and willing to assist us with any questions we had. They were knowledgeable about the products and helped us find what we were looking for without any issues. In terms of the store itself, it seemed like a normal Macy's with a decent selection of clothing, accessories, and home goods. However, the building itself was very pretty and located in a very nice area of Washington DC. Overall, while there were no major issues during my visit to Macy's in Washington DC, there was nothing particularly outstanding about the experience either. It was a standard department store with friendly associates and a pretty building, but nothing that would make me rush back for another visit."
