"Put in an online order and got an email later the same day that it was ready for pickup. Went the following morning and after waiting 20 minutes, they couldn't find the order. Ended up telling me that they just don't have the item and I shouldn't have gotten an email saying it was ready for pickup, and I should go ahead and cancel the order. Waste of a drive and an hour of my Saturday morning. I'll buy clothes somewhere else."

"Please talk to your employees about basic customer service! In my years shopping Gap, this was the absolute worst experience! The cashiers, a young lady and gentleman, were both rude and had zero interest in being friendly or even polite. I stood in a empty line for minutes watching them fold clothes, all without a hello, acknowledgement or “we’ll be right with you”. I am sorry to experience such horrible customer service and won’t be going back."

Customer service skills were lacking. Then when I asked the to speak to the manager she acted as though she reluctant to provide me the opportunity to do so. When Ari the manager came over she displayed the same demeanor. I work in customer service and could never expect my client to come back after an experience of such! NEVER AGAIN!"
