"Was pretty busy. There was a long line in the drive thru, but the staff did great moving everyone along. Had to go in a few different times for more tenders, because we wanted to take some home since we live a little over an hour away. Great service!"

"This is a time and time again experience at this particular restaurant store. Remember the old TV commercials " Where's the beef !!!??? " Well, this location is Where's the Chicken!!! ???? My lettuce and tomatoes are thicker than the sandwich. This is a spicy chicken deluxe. That's what I always get. There was also hardly any breading on the chicken either. It didn't even remotely taste spicy. I've been to many Chick-fil-A restaurants, and though this one is the newest and possibly biggest, their food is sub-par with the remainder of the restaurant chain. If you really want to eat Chik-fil-A, choose a different Chick-fil-A Restaurant."

"I got the chicken sandwich deluxe meal, large. The meal typically comes with yellow American Cheese, & when I made a request to have it replaced with pepper jack cheese, they were more than happy to accommodate my request. The checkout line was long, but moved very quickly. The food was brought to my table within a few minutes of sitting down, & it was all very tasty. Restroom was clean & the dining atmosphere was good"

"So I’m from out of town and this is the 2nd time I’ve eaten here. Experience has been confusingly the same. I used the app to order with drive thru pick up. I got my food in the drive thru line before the 3 cars in front of me. It took so long for them to get their food, 8 minutes total waiting to get out, that I eat 3/4 of my meal while waiting. And this was at 8pm. This has never happened any where in the country but here in Dixon City, twice in 2 weeks. Food quality was exactly what I expected so there’s no issue there. Might be time for some staff retraining?"

"Pathetic to say this was my first time at a Chick-Fil-A; not many around here. $11 for a soda and chicken wrap is pricey, but it was tasty and moist, so no need for dressing. Staff was efficient and polite; place was clean and pleasant. Certainly an upgrade for fast food."
