"I went through the drive-through with a mobile order. Staff told us to pull up to the first spot by the front doors. We pulled up to the spot and watched the same person from the drive-through walk the order to a shelf inside the store while making eye Contact with us through the door. We had small kids in the car, so it wasn’t convenient for us to come out and get the order inside which is why we went through the drive-through. The staff should have let us know in the drive-through window that we were going to have to come inside the store to get our order. We were waiting several minutes in the spot they told us to before walking in to check to see if the order was complete. Only to find that have just been sitting on the shelf instead. Poor communication on the staffs and lead to the food being a bit soggy and not hot by the time we ate it. Very disappointing. Won’t be coming back."

"Ordered a deluxe cravings box with no sour cream on anything. The manager or whatever she was, was extremely rude and gave me an attitude at the window at 8 pm on Saturday Oct. 28th. The cravings box was cold which already clued me in that it was ready for a while and when I opened it up everything that had sour cream still had it. Would heavily consider going during daylight hours or going out of your way to another Taco Bell. Also, shady business tactics by not making clear what their minimum pay is."

"Please staff, always helpful, the establishment was nice and clean, also bathrooms we're super clean. Over all its always a good place for a quick and cheap bite to eat."
