Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

"I was treated by a great person with wonderful additude. She was the best. We did take out service. The food is delicious and cooked perfect, it was just a little pricey. I understand the economy is getting tougher with food costs. It was nice to get out to red Robin since I haven't been there in about 10 years."

"We were excited for date night and our last Red Robin experience at a different location turned out to be a lot better than this one. We were seated immediately in the bar section and the waitress did bring us drinks, but not straws. She didn’t ask, she took our order, but didn’t ask how we wanted our burgers. The food came out, but then we were never really checked up on or asked if we wanted refills or more fries which were bottomless. The waitress made sure to say ya’ll when she passed by and passively asked if we were good, but never if she could get us anything, not even a box or dessert. She tried to remove the plate with our leftovers on it, while ignoring the request for a box. We had to pay on the table tablet, which also charged us 2.99 for pool That we didn't mean to purchase. The experience could have been better, and at the end of it all there was something strange and plastic seeming in the burger."

"Crouded as heck went not realizing it was kids night....but they had a craft table put for the kids to color stamp and sticker and it was so fun we went to michaels after and got the stamps"

"I am very disappointed in our most recent visit. We were seated where the door dash or pick up is in the back of the restaurant, and there was garbage on the ledge right next to our table the entire time! It was pretty gross, but that wasn't as bad as my salad! Almost every piece of lettuce was already browning and in a Caesar salad with no croutons.... that's the whole salad! My medium will burger had a lot of pink for medium well. The fire extinguisher near our table had several jagged sides and didn't seem very safe."

"Phenomenal experience friendly atmosphere and phenomenal food not to bad for the tine going I will definitely be coming back to this place I was recommended the scorpion burger and was definitely pleased!!!"
