"I was Assaulted by the manager! PLEASE do not Shop at the store in Briggs Chaney. I went there shopping a couple days before Christmas to get my daughter a pair of shoes. when I asked if they had the shoes in a size 8 girls, The manager responded very rigidly, those are boy shoes. I asked if they had it in boys and she said that only a boy shoe and a mens shoe(jordan 1 high). So I was just standing there trying to figure out why she isn't helping me at all and another customer overheard the conversation and intervened by telling me that I just needed a 6 and a half in boys. And then the customer continued to tell the manager that's all you need to tell him what's the size conversion and then the manager proceeded to get smart with the customer who was actually defending me. They started to argue and I told the manager she doesn't have to raise her tone at the customer. The manager got upset and then I asked the manager for her name and she said I do not give my name out and walked away. I pulled out my camera to take a picture and she hit me and my camera with a shoe and continue to walk off. I have her picture but I cannot post it here. She is an older brown skin lady and her 50s with a thin build and a bad attitude A young hispanic female associate witness the whole thing and she herself seemed to be embarrassed by the actions of her manager"

"Do not buy anything from here. They did not have the shoes in my sons size, so the store associate/ male manager, suggested I order the shoes online in store and did. It’s been a month and my son still hasn’t received the purchase. What they don’t tell you is when you purchase online, even in store , the store can no longer assist you with the order. Not able to answer any question or issue a refund. While in store - I saw three upset customers leave about different transactions, I should have known something then. There isn’t a customer service number to receive help and the email support is a joke. No response on a week. I shouldn’t have to dispute with my bank to get a resolution. I understand they are under new management now! New manager is kind. However I will never patronize Snipes again and will tell of my friends and family not to as well."
