"I recently visited the image creator in Germantown, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. From start to finish, everything about this place was subpar, and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a quality haircut. Speaking of haircuts, the one I received was nothing short of a disaster. I had clearly communicated my desired style and provided a reference image, but the barber completely disregarded my instructions."

"Jeff is one of the best barbers I've ever had. This barber shop is great! They have great barbers and competitive prices. Highly recommended to anyone that needs a haircut. This is the best barber shop I've found in Montgomery county. Good prices and good skill. Update 4-6-23: Jeff is gone, but my new Barber Scooter is mean with the clippers. "I wish there was an option for no stars !!! This place is absolutely nightmare, don't waste your money or time going there. I went in today to get fade and I specifically gave my barber instructions on how I want my hair cut and also showed him my old pictures for reference but, he pretended that he was listening and he trimmed all my hair from top!! I have 3 events next week that I wont be attending anymore because he got me BALD !!!!! DON'T GO THERE FOR A CUT IF YOU LIKE YOUR HAIR!!!"

"Very honest review here. Been going here for 3 years. I got messed up almost every time. The really nice barbers are Tazz and Hans. Everyone else does a poor job. They don’t listen too well, push back your hairline, and leave horrible scratchy bumps and rashes. They also messed up my friends too. I went here last month and asked for a taper. The dude pushed back not only my hairline but my sides too. And he left bumps and rashes and a little wad of hair behind my ear. Was he even listening?! Unbelievable! And the prices are ridiculous for such poor service and especially customer service!!! 40 Dollars? Please, go elsewhere."
