"I needed some flare leggings for my stepdaughter birthday and it was the last Saturday before Christmas eve so they were very busy. I placed the order online and after 2 hours as promised I still didn't have an email that they were ready. I stopped by the store anyway and as soon as I walked in and spoke to an associate she grabbed the items for me from the back. Great service!"

"SoBig lulu store, many selection many employees on the floor is very nice and Willy to help us out with great service!. But some employees in this store need some manners training. We came back to exchange jackets but the girl at the cashier seems like she doesn’t want to make an exchange for us. I understand that it was a long day but the attitudes we got from her was super and uncomfortable and unprofessional, when she swipe the card for the exchange, it was super close to hit my sister head since she was putting in the informations. So overall this store is friendly just needs some improvement on employee behaviors ."

"I had come in store to do their hemming service around the end of october. Waited 3-4 weeks as I was told they offer shipping and the lady informed me they offer that. Only to come in a month later after waiting and got no email, and the first thing i was told was they do not ship and my product was sitting in the back. The note in my bag though said for it to be shipped…. this is truly disappointing. the lack of communication is ridiculous. I don’t recommend the hemming here"

"I purchased a waist bag yesterday at the Tysons corner location. First time buying at a lululemon store and this morning when I wanted to wear my bag. I found out that the sensor was still there. I removed the tag already because I thought it was ready to wear. Then, I noticed the zipper was stuck as well, and did not work properly. I visited the store at Clarendon to do an exchange, and the ladies at the counter did not want to do an exchange because it was missing the tag. Unfortunately, I could enjoy my new bag, I paid for a bag that does not work, and was refused to do an exchange because it was missing the tag. In addition, the ladies tried to ignore my concern, and it felt like I was being discriminated against due to my race. This was a terrible experience for it to be my first time buying at this store, I was thinking on going back to get more stuff for the holidays, but if I’m being discriminated against and refused customer service from a mistake done by one of your employees. I won’t be spending my money at this store anymore."
