"HORRIBLE! Good luck trying to cancel a pickup order from here. The shipment took too long and it arrived later than anticipated, so I have been trying to cancel the order. Unable to do it online and NO ONE is answering the phone. It goes to an automated system and then just hangs up. This store needs to really up their customer service game."
