"Great store, reasonably priced items, friendly staff, and has a public bathroom."
"Great Christmas decorations and warm staff!"
"Did not have what I was looking for and was a huge room with people watching a game, including the employees. No one even knew I was there."
"Everthing was fine untill 6 years later when i went to get a new seat cushion on the sofa i ordered there. The material was discontinued and the fabric. I was told i could always get a new cushion. Lies! I will spread the word! Ok can not believe this happened as it was very expensive and now i have to buy a new sofa???"
"We walked in on a Saturday. Not too busy. We were asked by a nicely-dressed woman if we needed help. My husband started by saying, "you had a store at Century 3" and before he could finish his question she interrupted and said "we've never been at Century 3." Just shut him down. He started again to ask about wanting to buy something and she again interrupted him and said again that it wasn't their store he was thinking of. That is why he stopped in, to ask about buying something they used to carry and get some info. She interrupted and didn't ask what we were looking for. She was rude, dismissive, and judgmental. We walked out. What a poor way to sell things. Did we not look like we have the means to shop there? I assure you that we do. I also guarantee we'll never come back."
