"Very good selection of vans, people are nice, didn't get a discount on the vans i bought but they did have discounts on socks and other stuff. Overall good is a nice atmosphere."

"The retail store is located on Level 1. Inside, it is clean, spacious, and has wide selections of sneakers, skateboarding shoes, athletic shoes, t-shirts, and other accessories for men, women, and children. In the past, someone told me that back in 1982, Sean Penn wore a pair of shoes made by Vans and appeared in the movie, “Fast Times in Ridgemont High.” Unfortunately, I could not find a pair of men’s “ComfyCush” shoe size 6EEE. The smallest pair of shoe size available was 6.5 (which was big for my feet)."

"The van store in Towson mall is very unprofessional. I ordered my son a pair of shoes for school, a week before school started. The manager reassured me the shoe would be here before school started. The shoes never came and no one followed up with me. I called them the day of school asking did the shoe arrive. They stated they would give me a call back. The Van Store in Towson called me and stated the other store never sent them and we’re going to send them out today. The shoes came on Wednesday and by Friday they stated they didn’t know where the shoes were. This has been the worst experience ever and my son is supper disappointed."

"If I could leave no stars I would. This store refused to accept a return from shoes that were worn for less than 2 hours. These shoes hurt me so much I can't even describe it. They were clean and brand new of course. I had my receipt available, which I was missing when I attempted to return them the day prior at a different location. This other location was willing to work with me and provide me a full refund but could not without my receipt. Today I returned to this location which is where I bought them, except I had my receipt this time around. The managers told me they could only do an exchange because they could not re-sell shoes in dirty worn conditions...... I contacted the store I went to yesterday and they told me this decision has nothing to do my situation but that the manager had the "authority" to not accept full refunds..... what kind treatment is this at a luxury mall?? I am never going back here again and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Instead we are driving 50 miles to the location that is willing to provide us the customer service this company expects their customers to be receiving. Stay away from the Towson location by all means."
