"Lots of workers yet all were preoccupied with other things. One associate refused to help cause they said they were with another customer as they went to look for a shoe. Counter productive. The only female walked around as if she was the queen of nowhere and didn't have anything to do while clocked in at work. Another couple of associates sat and gossiped about whatever asking if I needed to be helped as I waited 15 min for someone to find a pair of tennis. How many associates does it take for at least one of them to know what customer service looks like."
