"Awesome place to have a haircut in Frederick. I am very picky with my hair and when I moved back to Frederick, I had been going to my prior barber in Rockville until I found Tried & Trued. My barber Iz is the man. The first time, I just showed him a picture of the Comb over fade style I wanted, gave him some specifics, and he killed it! He is very friendly and talented. "Phenomenal! Lulu knew what I wanted before I did then executed a flawless and efficient haircut and beard trim. I entered Tried and True looking just-this-side-of-homeless and exited well-groomed and confident. Daniel and Garrett were also welcoming and no less professional. A great place with a perfect atmosphere for what I was looking for in a professional barbershop. Perfectly situated in downtown Frederick, MD. Come for the grooming, stay for the atmosphere. I'm 2 hours away but will be coming back for the service and hospitality. Well done!"

"Always come here for a cut, well trained staff and a cold beer too if that's what you like. Definitely book in advance, they're almost never taking walk-ins when I'm there, but it is possible. Also just as an FYI, there is a booking fee if you don't make your appointment, think it's like $5-$10, but I've never paid it lol just show up when you schedule and you don't have to worry about it."
