They gave me good suggestions to avoid unnecessary extra cost for our three level floors update. Our floors were updated last week. "We called the Flooring & Cabinet Outlet for our kitchen renovation thinking it was Ana Carpets. Ana carpets had updated our townhouse several years ago. Turns out Shawn is the new owner, but we are so pleased that we chose to go with him. We had got several quotes from other places, but Shawn’s quote was competitively priced and most of all, he comes across as very knowledgeable and genuine. When we went to the store and confirmed our cabinet choice, Shawn informed us that it would take a few weeks for it to arrive and once it did, he promised to get the work completed within 2-3 weeks at the maximum. The cabinet crew, Victor & Miguel, the painter, Roho and the rest of the team that did the countertops, flooring, plumbing, and electricals were always on time, courteous and very professional. Throughout the process, Shawn was responsive over phone/text. He never hurried us with making any decision regarding the backsplash that we were going back and forth with. As promised, we had the kitchen ready in exactly two weeks! We are extremely pleased with how our kitchen has turned out and I will gladly recommend this business to anyone looking for home improvement needs."

"Our kitchen renovation went wonderfully with Flooring & Cabinet Outlet. At the start of the process I reached out to several companies for quotes and Shawn was the only one that offered to come see the space in-person and take all the measurements required to build a quote. All the others required us to do that ourselves which is doable but a bit complicated. We received quotes from 1/2 a dozen companies and none of them could provide a design that included all the details we had on our wish list except for Flooring & Cabinet Outlet! On top of finally getting a design we wanted Shawn's quote was so competitively priced we knew he was the right choice. Shawn was so responsive over email, phone and even text. As we corresponded over the project, we always had the information we needed from him and never felt lost or ignored. I even had them do my laundry room with new flooring, new laundry sink, and paint, and that was beyond exceptional and awesome as well!
