"Very nice state park in heart of Clinton Twp New Jersey. We camped here for 3 weeks. The first two weeks with water and electric. Third week no hookups. The park is patrolled frequently by the park police and rangers. Quiet and serene during the week but it could get a little loud on the weekends. Fishing, boating and hiking is many activities you can enjoy. The swimming section was closed due to the algae bloom in the water. Nice place for a reasonable price."
"This is a beautiful and well-kept recreational area in the state of NJ. The day I visited, there was no fee on Sunday, June 11, 2023. This place has man-made beach, picnic areas, fishing, boating, and a dedicated area for campers. Beach was officially closed, and it has what you bring in what you take out policy means no garbage cans available. Parking lots are well paved and maintained. Each area has many benches for you to sit and enjoy the serenity. I would love to visit this place again in the future. This is only less than 2 hours away from New York City."
