"I had dinner here one evening during my two-night stay in Jim Thorpe, and it was delightful. The atmosphere and interior are lovely, and the food was thoughtful and absolutely delicious. They do the small-plates concept, and I had the steak, potatoes, and tres leches cake for dessert. It was definitely one of my favorite recent meals out. The staff were also lovely and attentive. If I lived nearby I would come regularly, but I hope to make it back to JT to eat here again sometime. Highly recommend."
"Lovely gem in Jim Thorpe and a refreshing break from all of the bar fare and pubs. We got lucky and were able to grab a last minute reservation on a busy weekend. Our food was fresh, perfectly seasoned and filling. We inhaled the trout salad and our cocktails were fantastic. The potatoes were so truffle-y and yum. Only downside; I ordered a medium-rare steak and got a medium steak, which is a bummer, but was still delicious. Would recommend."
"Excellent food, some dishes inspired by the head chef’s Ecuadorian heritage. All seafood and homemade pasta highly recommended."
"My boyfriend and I have come here for every anniversary the past 3 years and they've never disappointed. Definitely high end and expensive food and drink but I'm almost never disappointed. Plenty of vegetarian options, good drinks, kind and accommodating staff. The beet/goat cheese salad, tres leches and creme brulee are all a must! I would skip the cheese plate, 17 dollars for 5/6 pieces of cheese was not worth it for me, but still delicious! We hope to come back next year ❤️"
""Absolutely wonderful" are the best two words I can think of for this place. Wait, two more: Make Reservations! A great craft cocktail menu with a variety of bases was a pleasure to see and the drinks we ordered were tasty and perfectly balanced. Wine and beer selection looked nice as well but we did not partake. The small plate/tapas menu offered a wonderful array of tasty and fresh selections that made for a fun and engaging meal. I would highly recommend trying Moya to anyone and will be making reservations next time I am in the area!"
