"Wow is all I can say. What a hidden gem. We started the evening sitting over the creek (very cool). At first there were a few items they were out of, but Chef John absolutely saved the meal and then some. He came to the table to tell us what he could do, and the food was nothing short of amazing. Everything was delicious. Then we got talking with Joan about the creek, and then walked around the museum and space and that was a spectacular treat. We will be back again for sure, and plan to bring friends! Our new favorite place!!!"

"What a unique restaurant! We heard about the food and experience, so we wanted to check it out. We really enjoyed the opportunity to walk around the museum and see some of the art - definitely worth a visit! The food was good as well, but the experience is where this place really shines. We started with the smoked Salmon, which was a good quality of smoked salmon with some great pairings. The short rib we thought was good as well, but the real standout was the fish which was very well prepared and seasoned. The crispy skin was outstanding."
"The cafe is right next to Victor Stabin's museum and might as well be considered an extension of the museum itself. We were beckoned inside by Victor himself and had the pleasure of spending our afternoon in this wonderful corner of Jim Thorpe. I highly recommend this place. The food is stellar with an albeit smaller menu and the atmosphere is so cozy and casual."
