"I had an amazing experience at Thyme in Your Kitchen with Chef Garron! Chef Garron is an amazing teacher: patient, knowledgeable, personable, and absolutely hilarious! His jokes will have you on the floor, and you’ll leave the cooking class wishing you had half his talent, both in the kitchen and on the comedy stage! Without the positive energy of such a great teacher, the cooking class wouldn’t be nearly as enjoyable. Chef Garron was meant for this! Even folks who thought they were excellent in the kitchen learned something new, from how to make ricotta (with only three ingredients!) to how to shape tortellini to when to use cooked garlic vs. fresh. I was blown away by all of the food science principles I learned, in addition to a delicious recipe! My family and I took a ravioli-making class in celebration of my birthday. It was certainly one to remember—one of the best birthdays I’ve ever had! And I can’t wait to visit again! You will not be disappointed if you take a class with Chef Garron!"
