"Couldn't be happier with Robert and his team. This was my third attempt over the last 4 years to purchase appliances (we thought we were going to to a kitchen renovation but it never happened). Each time I worked with Harpers on pricing and they were the most competitively priced. However, what stands out to me the most is their service. They were so patient and kind with each interaction. Never once did they come across as pushy. In fact, they did not rush the process and took the time to explain features and benefits and answered at least 100 questions. We are expecting a baby this Spring and we have so many tasks and projects we are trying to knock out. I thought appliance shopping would be stressful, but this was the complete opposite of stressful. Most of the interactions for this purchase (made today) were done via email and there must have been 2 dozen exchanges. They were fast and prompt with responding. We thought we only wanted to replace one oven but ended up going with a single wall oven, a wall oven/microwave combo, downdraft, and a dishwasher. They have our business for life. "After 20 years it was time to upgrade our appliances so we purchased a replacement cooktop, refrigerator, and double oven from Harpers and couldn't be more pleased! Our salesman Brian has an incredible depth of knowledge which he shares simply to help you make your own decisions with no pressure. Their showroom has almost everything there so you can take your time to really explore and ask questions, which Brian really enjoyed, and left us feeling like we learned a lot! Installation was 5 days later with the first team carefully maneuvering our new refrigerator around tight corners without a glitch! James installed our cooktop quickly and without nearly as much mess as we anticipated since the quartz needed to be cut. We can't say enough about the amazing people who work at Harpers! Big Box stores can't compete with the personal service, expertise, and brands provided here!"

"We bought a Sub Zero from Harper's and the entire process was seamless and pleasant. We went in on a Friday and it was delivered on Monday. The delivery team was fantastic, specifically Bryan. Our old fridge was built in but the cabinets around it were not done properly. Bryan was optimistic and after spending 4 hours at our home he had made it work perfectly. No detail was overlooked and they also cleaned up and were extremely professional and nice. I will buy from them again in the future when we are ready for our new stove and dishwasher. I would highly recommend supporting smaller businesses because in my experience this is the level of service they provide."

"My overall experience with Harper’s was excellent. The owners I worked with in the store were really knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction, and also helped me save thousands by not buying more expensive models of certain types of appliances, while also upgrading others to better models. I bought everything here for my new construction home, and their prices were very competitive with online distributors. When I had an issue with something that was delivered; even though it was 3 months later when the appliances were installed, I called at 4:30pm and they had Bryan out the next morning at 9:30am and was able to fix the problem in less than 20 minutes.
