"Deanna wasn’t the most pleasant to deal with. She will over price you for products that have discounts or rebates. Please make sure you check your pricings on the products you are buying. If you want to deal with a shady person, she is the one to go to. There are better companies to do business with."

Deanna’s help with the design and selections was invaluable, and we just cannot say enough good things about the QBI construction team. They are the epitome of professionalism. They arrived on time each day and worked diligently until the job was complete, in just a matter of a few weeks. Our job was a complete tear-down, and the men were very careful about containing the mess and dust within the construction area, which we appreciated very much. They cleaned up at the end of each day, making the process of living through a full kitchen renovation so much more bearable. "Put a kitchen in my trailer at Hillandale. Lowe's & Home Depot wouldn't help me!! QBI didn't think twice. Deanna put together a quality product in my price range. They really care about the job not the profit. During the install they keep an eye on every step. The installers were courteous & cleaned up afterwards. Simon made suggestions & questioned things that didn't seem right to make sure it was right. Will attach pictures when countertop is in! They definitely have that old time Carroll County Pride. I just can't make enough wonderful comments about my experience with QBI !!"

"On workmanship I would give QBI more than 5 stars, they do really good work, I had an entertainment system and mudroom cabinets installed and even with a very unique room, they made everything look great. The reason for only 3 stars.....although Amanda is a very pleasant person, her follow and communication is less than ideal. I won't go into all the details but it took a year to finish the mudroom (install pullout shelves).... I really wanted QBI to do our kitchen and both bathes but after the constant false promises we found another contractor to do out kitchen and both bathrooms and we are extremely pleased. I would still recommend QBI because of the workmanship but I would suggest communicating directly with Brian."
